Joyaux™ Genève offers complimentary returns for diamonds within Switzerland. We understand that selecting the perfect diamond is a deeply personal decision, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your choice. If, for any reason, you wish to return your diamond, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation, including the certificate of authenticity.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will provide a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label. Custom-made or engraved items may not be eligible for return, and all returns are subject to inspection upon arrival to ensure they meet our standards.
