Return Period and Condition: The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt and must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
Merchandise Requirements: The returned items should not show signs of wear, use, or any modifications such as resizing (excluding special orders). They must match the original product data records exactly.

Certificate Requirements: All original certificates that accompanied the merchandise must be returned. If the original certificate(s) are not included, a service fee will be applied. The fee starts at 150 CHF, depending on the carat size and type of certificate.

Special Considerations:

Custom Orders: Items that are custom-designed or specially ordered are not eligible for refunds. This includes any diamonds or stones purchased specifically for custom jewelry that the client decides not to purchase in the end.
Extended Payment Plans: Purchases made under an extended payment plan do not qualify for the 30-day return policy.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, whether via bank transfer, credit card, or another agreed method. The amount refunded will reflect the transaction value as indicated on the original invoice. Joyaux™ Genève is not responsible for additional fees or charges applied by banks, or any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied by the customer’s country during the process.
Post-30 Day Returns: In cases where Joyaux™ Genève authorizes a return after the 30-day period, a 10% deduction of the total cost will apply to cover related expenses.

Return Shipping:

• International and Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for insuring returned merchandise against loss in transit and for prepaying freight and handling charges. For domestic returns within Switzerland, Joyaux™ Genève offers complimentary return shipping. To request a free return shipping label, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
• Return Address and Instructions: Once the merchandise is prepared for return, please email us the tracking number and shipping date. Ensure that a copy of the original invoice is included in the return shipment.
