Double Certification for Rare Investment Diamonds and Colored Gems

To offer our clients the highest level of confidence, Joyaux™ Genève provides a special double certification service for our rare investment diamonds and colored gems. Each diamond or gemstone can be certified by the world-renowned Gemological Institute of America (GIA) along with an additional certification from one of Switzerland’s leading gemological laboratories, including SSEF (Swiss Gemological Institute), GRS GemResearch Swisslab, or the Gübelin Gemological Laboratory. This double certification ensures that each stone is rigorously evaluated for quality, authenticity, and ethical sourcing, setting a new benchmark in the industry for transparency and reliability.

Warranty Coverage

Our Natural Diamond Warranty covers each piece of fine jewelry for manufacturing defects. Joyaux™ Genève takes great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry, and we stand behind the quality of our products. However, the warranty expressly excludes coverage for:

• Excessive wear and tear
• Physical or accidental damage
• Loss and theft

This warranty is exclusively valid at Joyaux™ Genève. Any repairs or warranty services performed by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty. Joyaux™ Genève is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including those related to breach of written or implied warranties, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
