Pricing and Payment

Welcome to the Joyaux™ Genève Loyalty Program! This program is designed to reward our valued clients for their loyalty.

1. Earning Points:

   • Earn 5 points for every CHF 100 spent, up to a maximum of CHF 150,000. For each additional CHF 100 spent beyond this, earn 3 points.
   • Sign up for our newsletter to receive 100 points and stay updated on new arrivals, special offers, and more.
   • Each point is equivalent to CHF 1.

2. Redemption:

   • Points can be redeemed during online checkout or in-store with our sales associates.
   • Points may be used for up to a 25% discount on any regular-priced item.
   • Points cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

3. Anniversary and Birthday Coupons:

   • Receive a special CHF 200 coupon during your anniversary and birthday months, valid for 90 days.

4. Loyalty Points Expiry:

Swiss Double Certification for Complete Trust

Joyaux™ Genève offers a double certification service for rare investment diamonds and colored gems to ensure trust and transparency. Each diamond can be certified by the GIA and additionally by one of Switzerland’s leading gemological laboratories: SSEF, SRS, or the Gubelin Gemological Laboratory. This ensures each stone meets the highest standards for quality, authenticity, and ethical sourcing.

Commitment to Ethical Sourcing

Joyaux™ Genève is committed to the ethical sourcing of all diamonds and gemstones, strictly adhering to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) and Swiss regulations. Our diamonds are guaranteed conflict-free, sourced only from regions with stable political climates and ethical mining practices. Joyaux™ Genève demands transparency and accountability, regularly auditing suppliers to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Geneva Freeport Storage

For secure storage, Joyaux™ Genève offers options at the Geneva Freeport, renowned for its stringent security and privacy measures, making it an ideal environment for safeguarding high-value assets. All items stored here are fully insured.

Warranty Coverage

Joyaux™ Genève provides a warranty covering manufacturing defects in all fine jewelry. This warranty does not cover:

• Excessive wear and tear
• Physical or accidental damage
• Loss and theft

All warranty claims must be processed through Joyaux™ Genève. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty. Joyaux™ Genève is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to warranty claims.

Custom Jewelry and Special Services

1. Mockup Requests: Up to 3 complimentary mockup images are provided. Additional mockups require a refundable deposit of CHF 250.
2. Photography Requests: Up to 5 stones can be requested for additional images or videos. Beyond this, a CHF 50 deposit per stone is required.
3. Custom Jewelry: Our custom jewelry services start with a minimum center stone value of CHF 5,000.

Customer Rights and Dispute Resolution

This warranty provides customers with specific legal rights. Joyaux™ Genève complies with Swiss consumer protection laws, offering clear dispute resolution mechanisms. All disputes will be handled under Swiss jurisdiction.
